How long is my stay?
Every individual is different and it’s based on your needs.
How many hours of rehab will I receive?
Every patient gets individualized plan of care through a personal evaluation performed by a disciplinary team.
What kind of therapy do you have?
We offer PT, OT, SP, Respiratory, Cognitive and Cardiac Therapy.
What languages do you speak?
We speak many languages; our staff is bilingual including, Russian and Spanish. Our staff and their languages are listed in our language book.
Do you provide on site dental evaluations including dental hygienist services?
Yes. We provide dental consultation and routine hygienist services on site. The evaluations and treatments are done several times per week in our dental suite.
Are podiatry consultations available at your facility?
Yes. Our board-certified podiatrists have regularly scheduled sessions 2 to 3 times per week on site. They are also available for more urgent consultations.
Do you have special Dementia programs?
We have a special unit that provides customized services for different levels of dementia. Our programs incorporate exercise, music, cooking and games to keep your loved one mentally and physically stimulated. Residents are welcome to make appointment at our on site hair salon. Spiritual programs and pastoral visits are available as well.
Do you have a special Dementia Unit?
Yes.
Is the Dementia Unit Locked?
Yes, we have special security for the safety of our dementia units.
Are your doctors board certified?
Yes, all our physicians are board certified.
Do you have religious services on site?
We offer daily Jewish services along with other faiths (not daily).
Do you have wound care specialists?
Yes, we have a wound care nurse who oversees all the wounds in our facilities. Our percentage for nocosomial pressure ulcers is below level in New York State.
What kind of recreational services do you provide?
Our health care facilities run a full range of diversified therapeutic recreation programs for everyone. Music, Yoga, trivia, cooking groups are some of the exciting programs offered regularly. Internet accessibility is available to all residents/patients, as well as select cable television stations.
Do you have parking on premises?
We have a secure parking lot.
Do you have cable TV?
Yes, We carry most basic channels, as well as Russian TV.
Do you have internet services?
We provide wireless internet services that is accessible 24hrs.
What are your visiting hours?
The suggested visiting hours are 10-8pm 7 days a week, however we do offer 24 hrs a day.
What insurances do you accept?
MCR, MCD, most commercial HMO’s.
