Memory Care

Both of our Centers provide compassionate and expert memory care programs tailored to support your loved one living with Alzheimer’s, other forms of dementia, or cognitive impairment. If your loved one requires a higher level of memory care, MJHS Menorah Center also offers a dedicated memory care residence for enhanced support and specialized care.

End-of-Life Care

If you or your loved one has a prognosis of six months or less, our on-site end-of-life care—provided by our sister agency, MJHS Hospice—offers comfort, dignity, and emotional support. This program addresses your physical and emotional needs while providing guidance and support for your family.

Comprehensive Care Team

You will receive 24/7 personalized care from our dedicated and compassionate team, including nurses, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, dietitians, and other specialists. Ventilator-Dependent Care

MJHS Isabella Center is one of the few skilled nursing centers in New York City that offer certified ventilator-dependent beds. Our specialized interdisciplinary team provides comprehensive respiratory care and rehabilitation services. Additionally, our step-down unit focuses on weaning you from mechanical ventilation to independent breathing whenever possible.
