O\u00edr una canci\u00f3n favorita puede ser fant\u00e1stico. A veces, pacientes que no han hablado en semanas o incluso meses de pronto comienzan a cantar, renovando los lazos emocionales con su familia y creando v\u00ednculos s\u00f3lidos entre el paciente, sus seres queridos y el equipo de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n utilizamos la terapia art\u00edstica con nuestros pacientes pedi\u00e1tricos y, con frecuencia, con los hijos peque\u00f1os de los pacientes, para ayudarlos a expresar sus sentimientos durante este momento tan dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Algunos aspectos fundamentales del programa de terapia de arte creativo incluyen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Una oportunidad para honrar los rituales, las tradiciones y los d\u00edas festivos celebrados por las familias de una manera culturalmente sensible y, al mismo tiempo, brindar apoyo emocional a cualquier persona que haya experimentado un sufrimiento pasado relacionado con un trauma o una p\u00e9rdida, como los sobrevivientes del Holocausto y los veteranos.<\/li>\n<li>Los proyectos de legado, dise\u00f1ados por el paciente y su familia, crean momentos compartidos y capturan recuerdos a trav\u00e9s de grabaciones de voz, huellas de manos y otros proyectos creativos.<\/li>\n<li>Las sesiones de musicoterapia que se ofrecen a toda la familia en el hogar mejoran la comunicaci\u00f3n y crean momentos de alegr\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>La arteterapia proporciona una forma creativa para expresar emociones, ayudar a los ni\u00f1os atravesar el proceso de duelo y desarrollar habilidades de afrontamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n          <\/div>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se ha demostrado que la musicoterapia mejora significativamente la vida de los pacientes con demencia y la de sus familias.
