Cuando el cuerpo permanece en una posici\u00f3n durante mucho tiempo, la presi\u00f3n se acumula en ciertas \u00e1reas y puede provocar dolor o irritaci\u00f3n en la piel. Cambiar suavemente de posici\u00f3n cada dos o tres&nbsp;horas durante el d\u00eda, y seg\u00fan sea necesario por la noche, ayuda a mejorar la circulaci\u00f3n y reducir las molestias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Este art\u00edculo es la Parte&nbsp;4 de nuestra serie Movimiento seguro en el hogar.
