An exercise program for the 50-plus crowd. Walking Works Wonders meets three mornings a week for one-hour sessions that include warm-ups and stretching, walking, light weight training and exercise to build up strength and flexibility. Well-attended on a regular basis, the program is led by a professional coach and exercise physiologist.
