Your Donation Makes a Difference

As a not-for-profit health care system, a lot of the services we provide are not fully covered by insurance but we provide them because of the difference they make in the lives of our patients and their families.

Our Foundation is dedicated to raising the funds necessary to ensure the continuation of our high-quality, compassionate programs so we can provide the highest level of care to people of all ages and income levels, regardless of race, culture, religion or ability to pay.

You can help us make a difference by supporting our programs and services.

Meeting Everyday Needs

Access to everyday essentials plays an important role in a patient’s comfort, safety and dignity—especially during times of illness or recovery, when financial and emotional pressures can add to an already difficult experience.

Some of the funds that support our patients everyday needs include:

  • Charitable Care Fund: helps cover hospice medical expenses for patients who lack insurances or have limited coverage.
  • Patient Care Fund: Supports patients with everyday essentials beyond medical care.
  • Specialized Education: Funds continuing education for clinicians to ensure advanced, compassionate care.

Enriching Programs

Moments of joy, connection and self-expression are an important part of emotional well-being—especially for individuals navigating illness, recovery, or the challenges of aging. These experiences help bring comfort, purpose and human connection to everyday care.

Funds that support our patients enriching programs include:

  • Recreational therapy: Supports programs and events that support movement and community for residents at our skilled nursing center.
  • Creative arts therapy: Helps support therapies that bring comfort to patients and residents through music, art and creativity.
  • Memory Care: Ensures that patients and families facing memory loss receive care that is filled with dignity, comfort and connection

End of Life Care

Facing the end of life is one of the most vulnerable times for patients and their families. During these moments, access to compassionate, comprehensive support is essential to ensure comfort, dignity and peace. While insurance may cover basic medical services, it often does not address the full emotional, cultural and practical needs that arise at the end of life.
