Our licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists, along with one of the registered nurses, will work with you and your treating physician to create a personalized plan of care designed to help you achieve your individual recovery goals. A member of our social work team will also be there to support you along the way. By prioritizing a safe and efficient recovery, we can help reduce your risk of rehospitalization.
Our Short-Term Rehabilitation Program Can Help You With:
- Improving body movements and mobility
- Teaching you how to use assistive devices like canes, walkers or wheelchairs, if needed
- Relearning essential daily activities like dressing, cooking, and self-care
- Addressing communication challenges and swallowing difficulties
