MJHS is proud to have two not-for-profit Centers for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in the New York Metro Area: MJHS Isabella Center in the Washington Heights section of Upper Manhattan and MJHS Menorah Center in Manhattan Beach, Brooklyn. Both Centers focus on providing a caring and respectful community that addresses our patients’ and residents’ medical and emotional needs.
MJHS Menorah Center

Set on 10 beautiful oceanfront acres, we are an award-winning 436-bed Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care offering inpatient rehabilitation and long-term care.
Inpatient Rehabilitiation
Our inpatient rehab program helps you regain strength and independence after illness, injury, or surgery. With expert therapy, advanced equipment, and an oceanfront setting, we focus on personalized recovery to get you back to daily life quickly and safely.
Long-Term Care
Our long-term care services provide compassionate, round-the-clock support in a comfortable, oceanfront setting. Specialized memory care and a dedicated hospice wing are also available, ensuring residents receive expert medical care, personalized attention, and a warm, welcoming community.

MJHS Isabella Center

Situated on four lush acres, we are a respected 705-bed not-for-profit Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care, celebrating 150 years of caring for at-risk community members and offering inpatient short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Inpatient Rehabilitation
Our inpatient rehab program is led by our own dedicated rehabilitation staff, who ensure consistent, high-quality care tailored to your recovery needs. With expert physical, occupational, and speech therapy, we help you regain strength, mobility, and independence in a supportive and comfortable environment.
Long-Term Care
