MJHS Wins Back-to-Back Training MVP Awards
Organization moves up in prestigious Training Magazine ranking
MJHS Health System is proud to announce that our not-for-profit has once again earned a Training MVP Award and been recognized by Training Magazine, a well-respected professional development publication, for best-in-class employee training and development programs. The honor was presented at the organization’s annual conference and expo in Orlando, Florida on February 23, 2026.
At the Training MVP Awards Field of Dreams Gala, Training Magazine also revealed that MJHS Health System placed #46 on their prestigious list of 91 organizations, up from last year’s position. The ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives as well as their effectiveness in terms of achieving behavioral change and business impact.
